Case Management
Case Management (CM) facilitates the rehabilitation of persons with a disability though coordinated efforts by addressing individual needs. A Cornerstone occupational therapist works directly with all stakeholders (e.g. family physician and other allied health professionals, family members, employers and insurers) to direct successful rehabilitation.
Rates & Insurance Coverage
We aim to provide cost effective services for our clients. Many of our services are covered by employer or personal insurance plans.
Cornerstone Contributions
We have participated in a number of educational programs and authored several professional articles.
