Ergonomics
Our therapists have experience in office and industrial ergonomic assessments. Ergonomic assessments and intervention can help to decrease risk of workplace musculoskeletal disorders. This can be a preventative measure, or as part of a return to work program after an employee has had an injury. Ergonomic education for employees can also increase awareness of work behaviours that may contribute to injuries, thus giving employees increased responsibility for their own health in the workplace.
We provide a wide variety of services to meet your ergonomic needs and budget. These include:
- Comprehensive assessments with detailed reports
- Comprehensive assessments with brief reports (recommendations only)
- Brief preventative assessments
- Group education
- Train the Trainer education
This service is now available in Ottawa.
